1.Customer reception and adding basic customer information (name – phone number) to customer database by each delegate.
2. Promote the cars available to the existing customers and bring new customers.
3. To know all the information related to cars and to provide a full explanation to the customers in proportion to the customer’s ability to buy and ensure that it meets his request.
4. Providing the customer with the initial purchase order addressed to the bank is printed and signed by the customer and the branch manager as an initial contract.
5. Ensure receipt of the required documents from the client to complete the sale (bank financing or financial leasing to facilitate procedures on the client and the delegate).
6. Obtain the purchase orders from the customers and make sure that the amount allocated and the first payment, if any, is in line with the final invoice with the relevant accounting department.
7. Follow up the loan application and collect the payments, and make sure the availability and readiness of delivery of the car to the customer.
8. Make sure customers are satisfied with the cars and services provided and follow-up after-sales service.
9. Continuous communication with the customer and good handling to attract new customers and provide the product in the best way
10. Collect the dues of the institution and follow-up debts at customers without delay.
11. Provide regular reports to the branch manager on a weekly basis about competitors in the market in terms of prices, offers, new products and advertising
12. Submit an immediate report to the branch manager and sales manager to stop some customers in dealing with the institution.
13 – Commitment to the credibility of delivery dates and give the client a simple explanation of the car attachments during the delivery and the next maintenance date, taking care to inform the client of the extent of concern of the institution personally and thank him for dealing with our institution.
14. Achieve the objectives of the institution and the percentage of sales desired by the delegate during predetermined time periods.
15. Perform any other work assigned to him in the tasks of the nature of his work.
